However, shouldn’t we suspect — as a matter of common sense — that people who are into weird sexual fantasies might be a danger to others, including children?

The left-wing activists behind the anti-conservative riots at Berkeley have ties to one of the nation’s most prominent pro-pedophilia organizations.
The Coalition to Defend Affirmative Action, Integration & Immigrant Rights, and Fight for Equality By Any Means Necessary — more commonly referred to as By Any Means Necessary or BAMN — is one of the militant leftist groups waging a campaign against conservatives and Trump supporters in Berkeley. The group’s planned aggressive demonstrations against conservative commentator Ann Coulter and the students coming to hear her talk led to the cancellation of Coulter’s speech this week due to safety concerns. BAMN’s parent organization worked directly with the North American Man/Boy Love Association (NAMBLA) in the years just before it founded BAMN, according to NAMBLA documents reviewed by The Daily Caller. In addition, a member of that parent organization said to have founded BAMN is an admitted member of NAMBLA, which she has described as the victim of a “witch-hunt.”
BAMN, which did not return a phone call and voicemail seeking comment, was founded by the Revolutionary Workers League, a small, Detroit-based Marxist organization. Many of BAMN’s leading members over the years have also been RWL members. (RELATED: Berkeley School District Says BAMN Tried To ‘Brainwash’ Students)
“The Revolutionary Workers League is a Trotskyist organization of which I’m a member,” Luke Massie, one of BAMN’s founders told the Michigan Daily in 2001. “We are proud to have played a part in a whole lot of struggles and to have played a role in the founding of BAMN.”
An anonymous group of researchers provided TheDC with copies of internal NAMBLA publications from the 1990’s. The internet sleuths requested anonymity, citing fear of retaliation by BAMN members, and asked instead to be collectively referred to as, “The shadowy and/or mysterious organization known as Antifaleaks.”
The University of Michigan’s Joseph Labadie Special Collection maintains copies of the NAMBLA documents.
NAMBLA’s November-December 1991 bulletin, reviewed by TheDC, described at one of its conferences the “participation of Revolutionary Workers League, a Trotskyite group centered in the Detroit area. RWL is supportive of gay rights in general and NAMBLA in particular.” The journal contained details of the organization’s conferences and activities, as well as detailed, erotic stories about naked young boys.
An 18-year-old Bronx resident claims in a new lawsuit that workers at a juvenile detention center have been using their teen jailbirds as “sex slaves.”
Franklin Maldonado, who turns 19 in a few weeks, said he was placed at the Horizon Juvenile Center in the Bronx in 2013 and 2014, when he was just 15 years old.
Instead of protecting him, supervisor Natalie Medford told Maldonado that if he “took care of her needs,” she would protect him from disciplinary action and give him special privileges such as use of her cellphone and the ability to watch “special” movies, according to a Manhattan federal lawsuit.
Maldonado’s lawsuit said Medford would occasionally release him from “the hole,” or a segregated unit for punishment, “and bring him to her office for the purposes of engaging in sexual contact with him.”
While Medford “preyed” on Maldonado, at least one other minor inmate was being “groomed” by another Horizon worker, the lawsuit said.
Male workers looked the other way, including a tour supervisor who allegedly admitted to Maldonado that female guards regularly engaged in sexual conduct with inmates, the lawsuit said.
An operator at Horizon said he could not locate a worker there named Medford.
The city Department of Investigation and the Bronx District Attorney’s Office are investigating the allegations, said a source familiar with the probes.
“We will review the complaint,” said a spokesperson for the city Law Department, which defends the city against lawsuits.
SOME schoolgirls staged a walkout on feminist Clementine Ford after she refused to take questions from male students at exclusive Aquinas College in Melbourne.
The 35-year-old blogger and controversial, outspoken activist was slammed by parents after she blocked questions from year 10 schoolboys at the private secondary school.
The incident, which caused some female Aquinas students to walk out of Ford’s talk, happened in May this year.
One angry parent claimed Ford had treated the 15-year-old male students “like crap”.
“The boys wanted to ask her questions, and she refused to answer questions from boys. She goes, ‘No no, I’m only taking questions from girls,’” parent Darren told Melbourne Radio 3AW.
“The ones that turned on her after she treated the boys like crap, was the girls who got up and left.”
The father said following the fallout from the talk, Ford “went nuts, she crucified the boys online and the school had to do a massive backpedal”.
